Wyer vs Tesla, Inc. et. al.
California Court of Appeals, Case No. G062810
WELCOME
TO
WYER vs. TESLA, Inc. et al.
This website presents an expose' of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, Case No. 30-2019-01118759-CU-OE-CJC California Court of Appeals Case No. G062810.

In January 2019, David, a 62-year-old software engineer specializing in solar energy at Tesla and diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, was unjustly and illegally terminated from his position without a valid reason and no notice.

At the time David was illegally fired, he was the sole breadwinner and support for our adult autistic son. David is now at full retirement age; Tesla revoked all of his stock that he had planned to use to fund his retirement. He will never be able to retire. A forensic economist testified under oath that Dave's hard economic losses from being illegally terminated were approximately:
$1.7 million dollars

David's former attorneys abruptly stopped representing him. He appealed Pro Per. His former attorneys provided him with all 1400 emails and communications exchanged between his former counsel and Respondent’s attorneys.
These emails are evocative and informative.

Dave submitted 33 volumes (over 7000 pages) of relevant documentation and evidence. This site presents an expose' of Tesla, and the internal workings of a lawsuit running in parallel in Court and through JAMS arbitration. The information presented offers an unseemly and often disturbing reality regarding Tesla's culture, working relationship among Pod members, organizational toxicity, and unprofessional, if not irresponsible, conduct.
